  Bad after sales service. People were astonished when I told them they couldn't fix my fridge yet still charged me £260 for nothing! They said it was for their time, which most of it was looking up online trying to see how they could fix it when the guy was supposed to be a fully qualified repairer! Also the older man who I think was his father was very rude to me saying that they had no more time to do any further work on trying to repair my fridge yet they still charged me the £260 for doing nothing!
  I ended up taking it elsewhere to be fixed and they charged me very little and had it back working in less than an hour. They said I should not have paid the bill and to go back and ask for my money back..
