  Dreadful company to deal with. Never reply to emails or voice mails. Don't transfer rent to landlord. Didn't protect the deposit. Dave who appears to be the only one who can access accounts is never there (or pretends not to be) and seems incapable of the most basic parts of managing a property or running a business. Completely incompetent. Don't waste your time or money on these jokers. Oh and any positive reviews you find online are written by elet staff!
