  Beautiful looking place as you arrive. The receptionist was very pleasant shame about the staff at breakfast time in the restaurant no rapport or ambience very hush hush felt strange. The chairs at the tables were full of food crumbs in the creases and needed a good hoovering but all the staff did was to relay the tables for the evening time each day. One staff member broke a glass it bounced every where and it took him over 15 minutes to find a brush and pan to clear it up. People around us were moaning about that.
  Paid for a superior room and had to ask for the bath robes and slippers that should have been in the room ready when we got there.
  The cleaner took our champagne flutes away but fortunately the hotel managed to find them for us.
  Then after breakfast on the last morning we could not get back into our room even though we weren't due to check out for another hour so we had to go back down to reception to get it sorted
  When I was asked if we had enjoyed our stay which we had and I mentioned the issues that we had had there was no sign of being bothered or any intention that they would make sure this would be looked into.
