  I go to different Costa Coffee branches all the time and today's visit to this branch was the worst experience I have had to date.
  There where only 4 customers in front of me when I entered the shop and yet it took over half and hour to get served ( I timed it ). I suspected that we had a trainee on the coffee making today, but when I got to the end of the line I found out that it was the Dep. Manager making the coffees. Talk about slow, he checked each receipt twice before making each drink one at a time. We had ordered toasted sandwiches too. It was no surprise that these where ready 10 mins before the coffee was started. When my wife took her cold tostie bask the deputy manager said that it was busy and there where 3 customer in front of me ( that's nearly 10 mins to serve each customer!!!!).
  
  To other customers I say, there are other Costa Coffee shops in Harrogate. Go there and avoid this place!
  
  To the branch owner I say, get rid of this clown while you still have a business! He is loosing you customers!

  Gladys Edward Jones, Tall lad with a pimple is very efficient. I went for a Cooler but not the type Steve McQueen experienced in the Great Escape. Also had a small tart and also a round Lemon cake.
